Day 8⤵️GROUNDING⤵️ #colourfulnovemberchallenge 🤎Brown: grounding, down-to-earth, stability, security, stability 🤍White: purity, simplicity, innocence 🏞The main message today: GROUNDING Just remember about it. Here is few ways how can you ground yourself even more: 🌬-BREATH- 10 slow breaths in and out. While you are at it start acknowledging your body. Starting with your feet, your toes, your legs, your ankles, your belly and so on. 🌳-ROOTS- continue the previous exercise and imagine big, strong roots growing out of your feet and connecting you with a ground. You can go into nature, hug a tree then imagine connecting and your roots growing. 👣-BARE FEET- you can also apply it to the previous one- bare feet- preferably on the grass, on the ground, sand, rocks.
