🌊Take a deep breath and just simply flow.. Flow with tranquility of life. Trust. Feel safe.

You can also just imagine yourself and your space being filled with blue light. You will find peace, calm and protection here.

😌Communicate your needs. Communicate your truth. But remember to stay in that crystal clear (white) state of mind while at it. Purify your space and follow what you feel in your heart.
