🌊Take a deep breath and just simply flow.. Flow with tranquility of life. Trust. Feel safe. 
🦄Be creative. Do something creative, do something new. 

Few ideas:
🍝Cook something you have never cooked before.
🎨 Paint if you didn't paint for many years.
🚶‍♀️Go for a walk somewhere you have never been before.
🎁Buy something you different than usual.
🎶 Listen to completely different music than usual.
💃 Dance if you never do so.

Maybe find a new hobby?
