❤Red- Courage, passion, life, action, motivation
🤍White- Purity, lightness

🗣Speak your truth. Be honest with your emotions and needs. 
💃Live your life with passion. Be passionate about anything you do really.
Adjust your thoughts towards what do you wish to achieve.
🧘‍♂️🧘‍♀️If you lack motivation: sit still, 10 deep breaths. Connect with your heart and then just simply ask for motivation. 
Ask for help if you need it.
If you have nobody you could ask- do the same. Close your eyes and then ask: I need help. Just say it. That's all.
But then remember- you must be open to receive.

❣Find courage in you and do what your heart desires, what is your heart calling you for? What is it you wish to do or to have but didn't have courage to dare to dream about it? Now it's time to say it out loud. There is no limits to dream. 
💁🏻‍♀️The best: write down all your thoughts that will come today.
