Here is few ways how can you ground yourself even more:
🌬-BREATH- 10 slow breaths in and out. While you are at it start acknowledging your body. Starting with your feet, your toes, your legs, your ankles, your belly and so on.
🌳-ROOTS- continue the previous exercise and imagine big, strong roots growing out of your feet and connecting you with a ground.
You can go into nature, hug a tree then imagine connecting and your roots growing.
👣-BARE FEET- you can also apply it to the previous one- bare feet- preferably on the grass, on the ground, sand, rocks. Works amazingly!!
Or you can just simply lie on the ground. Without mats etc.
🪴-SOIL/ GARDENING- my absolute favourite. If you have a garden (perfect!), if not you can just work with your house plants. Nothing better to connect to our Mamma Earth than working with her!
🤎-COLOUR- wear brown or beige
💎CRYSTALS- work with crystals like obsidian, hematite, smoky quartz.
